A low-priced Sports Tourer, not a machine exist?

I am looking for a bike ride as a sport and a smaller engine Sport price hikers typical. The elements I'm looking for are: 600-900cc line 4 or any other type of motor Sportbike more upright riding position that the standard of riding comfort Sportbike 2nd place is a standard provision for passengers or shaft or compatible file transfer belt (not chain) new model under $ 10k, less than 3 years and less than $ 8k. A normal bike "would be too cold, because it meets these criteria. I'm not looking at any type of cruise, however. And if you refer to a bicycle used, do not tell "that you can probably find something for that price" because I looked and I can not.

The first bike I think is the Kawasaki Competition. Cycle Trader I looked and found many competition for selling in the area of your budget. And the second URL below third is an example of competition I used Trader cycle. The pre-2006 models were equipped with 1000 CC engine. The current model has a displacement of 1400 cc. Good Luck
