im 5ft8″, could i ride a sport bike?

Im 5ft8″ barefoot, 5ft10″ with regular shoes. could i ride a 600cc and up sport bike? Are there motorcycle boots that increase a riders height?

You don’t need to be any taller to ride a 600cc jap sports bike. You’re pretty much spot on the right height.

I’m 6’3″, and I feel like a circus clown on one of those tiny novelty bikes when I sit on anything under 750cc. I have a GPZ1100 at the moment, with after-market (straight, raised) bars on it, and it’s pretty much perfect – it’s not a sports bike as such though, it’s really a sports tourer/general purpose road bike. On something like a CBR600, my knees are just about higher than the tank.
